The most useful book on writing that I have read. Specific, practical advice that the author himself follows. Highly recommended.
Some fantastic quotations from famous people, but Dyer doesn't seem to have a great understanding of them. Still worth reading to find more people to read.
Preservation and Restoration of Tooth Structure
Operative dentistry textbook. Lots of practical advice, instead of just facts. Covers a range of topics, including basics of materials and periodontal and occlusal effects of and on restorations.
Fundamentals of Periodontal Instrumentation and Advanced Root Instrumentation
Carranza and Lindhe are good for understanding the science behind periodontitis, but this is an excellent practical manual for safe and effective periodontal instrumentation. Incredibly useful book.
